✨ Terms & Conditions

• Our sand art activities are organized at the location of your choice, such as a community venue, or other suitable outdoor event space.

• We provide transportation of all rental equipment and take care of setup and takedown.

• To ensure timely preparation, we require access to the venue approximately 45 minutes before the start of the event.

• Takedown and collection of equipment typically take up to 1 hour after the event.

• We are responsible for cleaning and packing our equipment only.

• General venue cleaning, including the removal of spilled sand, paper, and other activity-related waste from the surrounding area, remains the responsibility of the client.

• Each child may take home their completed sand art creation in a protective sleeve with our branded sticker.

• Depending on the number of participants expected at your event, we can advise you on the optimum number of picture cards and sand art tables as well as the ideal event duration and outdoor setup, and help you customize your package.

• The client will provide an indoor activity area of approximately 20-25 m², as well as 1–2 tables for displaying picture cards and one chair or bench for use by the FunBees team.

• Additional services and/or equipment (e.g., tent for outdoor setup) are available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.

• FunBees will provide on-site supervision of the sand art activity booth by one staff member throughout the activity. Additional professional entertainment staff, activity facilitators, or hostesses can be provided upon request and may be subject to an additional charge.

• For promotional purposes, FunBees may display or distribute its promotional flyer and brochures at the activity area during the event.

• Commercial terms and conditions will be provided in a tailor-made quotation based on your event requirements. The terms specified in the quotation will apply to the agreed services.

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the quotation document duly signed in the relevant acceptance section.
