✨ Terms & Conditions

• Our sand art activities are organized at the location of your choice, such as your home, garden, community venue, or other suitable event space.

• We provide transportation of all rental equipment and take care of setup and takedown.

• To ensure timely preparation, we require access to the venue approximately 45 minutes before the start of the event.

• Takedown and collection of equipment typically take up to 1 hour after the event.

• We are responsible for cleaning and packing our equipment only.

• General venue cleaning, including the removal of spilled sand, paper, and other activity-related waste from the surrounding area, remains the responsibility of the client.

• Each child may take home their completed sand art creation in a protective sleeve with our branded sticker. All other equipment provided for the event remains the property of FunBees and is supplied on a rental basis. We will collect these items at the end of the event.

• Entertainment staff, activity facilitators, or hostesses are not included in the standard package price, however can be added upon request.

• Clients may choose from a selection of approximately 20 to 25 picture card designs available at the time of booking.

• Depending on the number of participants expected at your event, we can advise you on the optimum number of picture cards and the ideal event duration and help you customize your package.

• Additional services and/or equipment (e.g., tents for outdoor events) are available upon request and will be subject to additional charges.

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of 50% non-refundable deposit.

• Event dates remain subject to availability.
